Gender not limit one’s potential.

Who I Am

I'm Amanda Jiang, a passionate high school student from China who is dedicated to supporting girls’ participation in STEM fields and breaking stereotypes towards them.

What We Do

WinS stands for Women in STEM. At the same time, it's an acronym that contains our vision of women's success. This program is designed to encourage and support girls who are interested in STEM. The primary goal is to provide a platform for girls to share and raise awareness towards the issue.

Women in STEM Interview Series

We plan to interview successful women in STEM to share their experience, insights, and advice to younger girls who are interested in STEM.
